Creative video editor

StudioFull-time

Shape AI-generated footage into brand films, ads and social reels that people want to watch. You’ll work with our creative directors from rough cut to final delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Edit brand films, performance ads and short-form reels from AI-generated and live footage.
  • Build pacing, rhythm and story, and cut every film for 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
  • Handle color grading, sound design, captions and motion graphics in post.
  • Work with creative directors on concepts, storyboards and feedback rounds.
  • Help shape our post-production workflow and AI tooling.

What you bring

  • A portfolio of edited ads, brand films or social content.
  • Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut, plus After Effects.
  • A sharp eye for story, pacing, color and sound.
  • Curiosity about AI video tools and how to get the best out of them.
  • Clear communication and comfort with fast feedback cycles.

Engineering manager

Lead the team building Auroscale’s AI agents, workflow engine and integrations. You’ll grow engineers, set technical direction and ship reliable product at a fast pace.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, hire and grow a team of product and platform engineers.
  • Own delivery for the AI agents, video workflow engine and channel integrations.
  • Set engineering standards for quality, security and reliability.
  • Work with product and design to turn customer needs into a clear roadmap.
  • Keep the platform scalable and secure, in line with ISO/IEC 27001.

What you bring

  • Several years of software engineering, including time leading a team.
  • Experience shipping web products and APIs at scale.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI or ML products, ideally generative media.
  • A track record of hiring and developing engineers.
  • Clear written communication and good product judgment.
